Important Terms and Information

By placing this order, you agree to the following:

Shipping

  • Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will follow the shipping preference selected at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping and processing options (if available) will be reflected in the cart before checkout.
  • Expedited orders for in-stock, non-decorated/unaltered items usually ship same or next business day via the selected rush method.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs, and brokerage fees.
  • If a customer refuses to pay import fees and the merchandise is declined, no refunds will be issued.

Returns and Exchanges

  • To initiate a return or exchange, customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing sales@wesellblazers.com.
  • Eligible returns: Undecorated/unaltered blazers returned within 30 days of delivery will be accepted with a restocking fee.
  • Refund processing: Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible or by check within 4-8 business days after receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Additional fabric
  • Buttons
  • Decorated items (including embroidery, patches, or custom branding)
  • Customized items (altered, hemmed, or tailored blazers)

Exchange Process

  • Email sales@wesellblazers.com and specify “exchange” in your request.
  • Once we receive the returned blazer, along with the applicable re-shipping and size difference fees, the replacement will be shipped.
  • If you need a faster exchange, you can:
    • Email your intent to exchange.
    • Place a new order for the correct size.
    • Return the original item within 30 days in new, resellable condition. A refund will be issued for the original purchase, without a restocking fee.

Condition of Returns

  • Items must be returned in clean, unworn, and undamaged condition, with tags intact for resale.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items

Unless the Ship and Backorder option is selected at checkout:

  • In-stock items will ship immediately.
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method for any out-of-stock items.
  • You will receive a notification with an estimated restock date.

Once the out-of-stock item is available, you may place a new order with the Ship and Backorder option selected.

Please note: We sell across multiple platforms, and while we strive to keep inventory updated, occasional discrepancies may occur.
