Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Office & Customer Support Associate for a stable, long-term position. This role is based in our Braddock warehouse office and focuses on assisting customers who contact us directly.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Check and return voicemails promptly
- Look up orders and provide accurate status updates (training provided)
- Assist customers with basic questions and support requests
- Perform light office and administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Keep information organized and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office or phone-based customer service role preferred
- Comfortable using a computer and basic office software (Word, Excel, email)
- Clear, professional phone communication skills
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Detail-oriented and able to stay organized
